| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）患者血清CA125水平与淋巴瘤的发生、分期及复发之间的关系.方法：采用美国雅培公司i2000全自动微粒子化学发光免疫分析仪对83例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者治疗前后及76例健康体检者（对照组）进行CA125测定.结果：初发及复发的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清的CA125水平明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）;Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期水平（P＜0.01）;缓解者较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.01）;有症状者（B组）高于无症状者（A组）（P＜0.01）.结论：非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者动态监测血清CA125可有助于辅助诊断、评价疗效及判断预后.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the relationship between CA125 serum levels and the incidence, staging and relapse of the non-Hodgkin lymphoma （NHL）. Methods： CA125 serum levels were measured in 83 NHL patients before and after the treatment and in 76 healthy check-cps （the con trol group）by the Abbott ARCHITECT i2000 automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. Results： The levels of CA125 were significantly higher in the primary and relapsed NHL patients than those in the control group （P〈0.01）; stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ were higher than stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ （P〈0. 01） ;relieved patients decreased more obviously than those before the treatment（P〈 0.01）and the levels of these with symptoms were higher than those without symptoms （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion. Dynamic monitoring of the serum levels of CA125 in NHL patients may contribute to auxiliary diagnosis, therapeutic evaluation and prognosis of NHL. |
