痰热清注射液联用红花注射液治疗肺心病急性加重期的临床观察

目的：观察痰热清注射液及红花注射液联合应用对肺心病急性加重期的临床价值.方法：选择96例慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的患者随机分为联合用药组和对照组,评价治疗前后心功能及监测血液黏滞度的各项指标.结果：联合组对心力衰竭纠正的有效率显著高于对照组,联合组治疗后与治疗前比较全血高切黏度等指标均明显下降（P＜0.05）.结论：痰热清注射液联合红花注射液对肺心病急性加重期的患者具有降低血液黏滞度、纠正心力衰竭的作用.

Clinical efficacy of the united application of tanreqing injection and safflower injection to acute aggravation period of pulmonary heart disease

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the combined application of tanreqing injection and safflower injection to acute aggravation period of pulmonary heart disease. Methods： 96 patients in the acute aggravation period of chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into two groups. All indicators of the cardiac functions and blood viscosity of the patients before and after the treatment were evaluated and monitored. Results： The effective rate of improvement of the heart failure in the united treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group. In the united treatment group, all the indicators of the high whole blood viscosity decreased more sharply after the treatment compared with that before the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The united application of tanreqing injection and safflower injection are effective to reduce the blood vis cosity and improve the heart failure of patients in acute aggravation period.
