尘肺病患者经纤支镜操作检查和治疗中个体化麻醉的临床应用

摘要：目的：经纤支镜检查和治疗仅予2％利多卡因表面浸润麻醉，患者在检查过程中难受痛苦、呛咳、呼吸困难明显等，造成患者低氧血症、心律失常，诱发心、肺、脑等不可预料的疾病发生，探求减少纤支镜操作下的不良反应和并发症的发生，提高患者的耐受性。方法：本院内镜室采用个体化的麻醉方法在尘肺病患者中进行纤支镜下检查和操作。结果：明显提高患者麻醉效果，减少患者的痛苦，增加患者舒适度，大幅降低纤支镜操作的不良反应和并发症，有利于更好地完成纤支镜下检查和治疗。结论：个体化麻醉方法能显著提高患者的耐受性，在呼吸系统疾病的诊断和临床急危重患者的抢救治疗上值得推广。

Clinical application of individualized anesthesia to pneumoconiosis patients in bronchoscopy examination and trearment

objective： To investigate the way to reduce the adverse reaction and occurrence of complications of patients under the bronchoscopy operations and improve the patients＇ tolerance. Because only 2% lidocaine surface infiltration anesthesia was used for patients during the bronchoscopy and treatment, patients had suffered pain, choking cough and difficulty breathing. Moreover, such unpredictable diseases had been induced as hypoxemia, arrhythmia, and heart, lung and brain diseases. Methods： Individualized anesthesia methods had been adopted in the Endoscopy Room of our hospital for patients with pneumoconiosis undergoing bronchoscopy and operations. Results： Individualized anesthesia methods had obviously improved the effect of anesthesia, reduce the pain, increase the comfort level of the patients; and it had greatly reduced the adverse reaction and complications occurred under the operation of bronchoscopy. It would be conducive to the better completion of the bronchoscopy and treatment. Conclusion： Individualized anesthesia method can greatly improve the patients tolerance, it is worth promoting in the diagnosis of respiratory system diseases, and the rescue and treatment of the clinical criticallyill patients.
