导乐仪有助于初产妇分娩

目的：探讨导乐仪在分娩中的镇痛作用和对初产妇的影响.方法：按自愿原则将初产妇200例分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,两组均由助产士陪伴,进行导乐分娩,观察组增加导乐仪分娩镇痛.分析产妇的疼痛程度、产程时间和分娩结局.结果：观察组产妇疼痛程度低于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组第一产程、总产程时间分别为（505.0±210.2）min和（557.2±215.8）,分别低于对照组第一产程时间（577.9±228.7） min和总产程时间（639.1±229.8）min,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：应用导乐仪能减轻产妇疼痛,促进产程进展,提高自然分娩率.
