精密附着体应用于长瓷桥失败案例临床分析

目的：探讨精密附着体修复长瓷桥失败案例的可行性和临床效果。方法：对9例长瓷桥失败案例，拆除并采用精密附着体修复追踪3～24个月，评价修复后的功能和外观、固位及稳定、咀嚼效率及对基牙的影响。结果：9例患者觉得异物感小，咀嚼功能和固位稳定性良好，口腔检查基牙无松动，X线检查基牙区及缺牙区牙槽骨未见明显吸收。结论：精密附着体应用于长瓷桥失败导致复杂的牙列缺损可达到良好的修复效果。

Clinical analysis of failure cases of applying precision attachments to long porcelain bridge

Objective： To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect on repairing the long porcelain bridge failure cases with precision attachments. Methods： 9 long porcelain bridge failure cases were removed and provided with precision attachments. The cases were followed up for 3 to 24 months, and the effect of the function, appearance, retention, stability, masticatory efficiency and effect on the health of abutments after being repaired were evaluated. Results. All patients with precision at tachments had little sense of foreign body, and were satisfied with the good retention and stability, good chewing function, abutment without loosening. Xray results showed that there was no obvi ous alveolar bone absorption. Conclusion： The prostheses of precision attachments can achieve satisfied prosthetic effect on repairing the complicated dentition defects caused by the long porcelain bridge failure.
