自我管理教育对类风湿关节炎患者出院后生活质量的影响

目的：探讨自我管理教育对类风湿关节炎（RA）患者出院后生活质量的影响.方法：选择120例RA患者分为实验组和对照组,对实验组患者进行自我管理教育,并采用疾病知识调查表、自我管理能力评分表和生活质量评价表对两组患者进行测评.结果：实验组通过自我管理教育,对疾病相关知识了解水平、自我管理能力、生活质量均较对照组有所提高（P＜0.01）.结论：自我管理教育可帮助患者建立健康的院外行为模式,提高患者的自我管理能力和生活质量.

Effect of self-management education on the life qualities of rheumatoid arthritis patients

Objective： To investigate the effect of self-management education on the rheumatoid arthritis patients＇ quality of life after discharging from hospital. Methods： 120 cases of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Patients in the experimental group were performed self-management education, and patients on the two groups under went evaluation with the disease knowledge questionnaire, self-management ability assessment and the evaluation of quality Of life. Results. Through the self-management education, the disease-related knowledge level of the patients self-management abilities and the patients＇ quality of life of patients in the experimental group after discharging from hospital had been more significantly improved than those of the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Self-management education can help establish the patients＇ healthy behavior patterns out of hospital, and improved the patients＇ ability of self-management and quality of life
