| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨泪小管断裂实施吻合术时在鼻内镜下逆行插管的临床治疗效果.方法：34例泪小管断裂的患者分为两组.对照组：17例患者,实施直接插管;观察组：17例患者,在鼻内镜下实施逆行插管.两组患者术后随访1～2年,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果：对照组总有效率达到88.24％,观察组总有效率达到94.12％,两组比较,有效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：直接插管法和逆行插管法都可以用于泪小管断裂吻合术

| Abstract: | Objective. To explore the clinical outcomes of retrograde intubation with nasal endoscope in lacrimal duct anastomosis. Methods： 34 cases with lacrimal canalicular laceration were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 17 cases in each group. The control group was intubated directly, while the observation group underwent retrograde intubation by nasal endoscope. After 1 to 2 years＇ follow-up, the clinical effects were evaluated and compared for both two groups. Results： No significant difference was found in total effective rate between observation group and control group （88.24 % vs. 94. 12 %, P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Both direct intubation and retro- grade intubation are suitable for treatment of lacrimal duct anastomosis. |
