摘    要:噪声是一种普遍存在于作业场所的有害因素,噪声性听力损失(NIHL)是危害相关作业人员身体健康的主要职业性疾病之一,随着社会工业化的进程,不断增长的噪声作业,NIHI。发生率呈现上升趋势,是职业病防治的研究重点方向。NIHL是由遗传和环境因素相互作用的结果,既往对NIHL的研究多集中在环境危险因素方面,而在遗传因素知之甚少,近来研究表明,NIHL的发生风险存在个体易感性,而这种差异与一些敏感基因单核苷酸多态性有关。

Abstract:Noise is a ,abiquitous harmful factors in the workplace, and noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) is oneof the main occupational diseases hazardous to the related workers' health. With the process of industrialization of t.he society and the growing noise operations, the NIHI. occurrence rate is rising. The study focuses on the occupational disease prevention. NIHL is an important occupational hazard resulted from an interaction between genetic and environmental factors. Although the environmental risk factors have been studied quite extensively, however, little is known about the genetic factors. Recent studies have shown that the presence of the risk of NIHL exists the individual susceptibility, and this difference is closely related with some sensitive gene single nucleotide polymorphisms. This paper reviewed the relationship between genetic polyrnorphism and NIHL.
