护理干预对血液透析患者高血压的疗效

目的针对维持性血液透析患者的高血压治疗并护理干预的效果分析。方法选择血液透析并发高血压的患者103例，随机分为干预组53例，对照组50例，对照组采用常规透析治疗及护理，干预组在对照组的基础上实施护理干预，干预6个月后，观察比较两组患者行为方式和血压控制情况。结果干预组效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预对进行维持性血液透析的高血压患者治疗效果改善程度明显，提升患者生活质量，减少并发症发生。

Nursing Intervention on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients of Hypertension Research on the Effects of Therapeutic Effect

Objective In view of the maintenance hemodialysis patients and analyze the effect of the hypertension treatment and nursing intervention. Methods Select hemodialysis and 103 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group （53 cases, control group 50 cases, control group using conventional dialysis treatment and nursing, intervention group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of nursing intervention, intervention after six months, to observe behaviors and compare two groups of patients blood pressure control. Results After 6 months intervention, intervention group obviously better than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the blood pressure effectively control effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension treatment effect is improved significantly, improve patient quality of life, reduce complications, prevent illness development.
