超声引导自动活检技术在肺部包块诊断中的应用

目的探讨超声引导下快速自动活检在肺部包块诊断中的应用。方法在实时超声引导下,对46例经X线、CT或磁共振成像（MRI）发现肺部包块紧贴胸壁或与胸壁之间有实变的肺组织,且不能确诊的患者,行超声引导下18G内槽式组织切割针快速自动活检。结果本组46例全部穿刺成功,取材满意,取材阳性率100%。44例有明确的病理结果 ,病理阳性率95.6%。其中肺癌31例,结核3例,炎性假瘤5例,支气管肺炎4例,曲霉菌病1例。术后1例出现少量气胸,2例出现轻度咳血,均无明显不适,未经特殊治疗自愈。结论超声引导下快速自动活检技术能安全有效地进行肺部包块良恶性病变的鉴别及组织学诊断,是肺部包块极有价值的诊断方法 。

Application of ultrasound guided auto-biopsy technique in interventional diagnosis of lung masses
