摘    要:目的:探讨中药清毒液(QD)对急性肺损伤(ALI)肺组织及血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素1(ET1)水平的影响及其对肺损伤的防治作用。方法:采用间隔24h两次注射大肠杆菌内毒素(LPS)的方法,复制家兔内毒素急性肺损伤模型。结果:清毒液能明显抑制内毒素所引起的家兔血浆、肺组织及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中NO和ET1水平升高(P<0.01),BALF内中性粒细胞(PMN)增多,肺水含量及通透指数升高,并改善病理变化。结论:中药清毒液可阻抑内毒素对家兔肺组织的损伤作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects on the levels of nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin-1(ET-1) and its potential functions in rabbits acute lung injury(ALI) using the decoction of traditional Chinese medicines of antipyretic and relieving internal fever.Methods:The ALI model was induced by injecting E.Coli endotoxin at twice with an interval of 24 hours.Results:NO and ET-1 levels in plasma, lung tissue and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) increased significantly(P<(0.01)) in ALI group.WBC in BALF, lung index,and lung permeability index(LPI) also increased significantly(P<0.01).In ALI group, the levels plasma NO and ET-1, but their temporal dynamics were different. The increase of plasma NO and IL-8 concentration reached its peak at 120 min after endotoxin injection. While plasma ET-1 concentration increased much earlier at 60 min post-endotoxin and its plasma concentration had reached its peak level, then waned, but restored that level approach to normal rabbit at 6 hours post-injury in lung.Conclusion:NO and ET-1 might be an important liquit factor in different phases of ALI.All NO and ET-1 maybe involve in pathogenesis of ALI.
