| 摘 要： | 以中西医结合保存括约肌的方法治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿２１例。并对患者术后的肛门外括约肌肌电图、肛管直肠内压、直肠感觉功能、肛门液体节制功能进行了检测。证明本法治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿根治率高，较好地保护了肛门括约肌。

| Abstract: | Twenty-one patients with anorectal abscess were treated by sphincter-retained operation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.After the operation, the patient's EMG of the external sphincter, anorectal internal pressure, rectal sensory function and controlling function of anal fluid were determined. The result showed a higher cure rate and much better anorectal function. |
