| 摘 要： | 为了探讨痔痛灵治疗痔瘘肿痛的机理。本文通过镇痛实验、白细胞游走实验、毛细血管通透性实验、抑菌实验证实痔痛灵有明显镇痛、抗炎和降低毛细血管通透性作用，对金黄色葡萄球菌，大肠杆菌有明显抑制作用，以上协同作用使痔瘘肿痛快速痊愈。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of treating the swelling and pain of hemorrhoid complicated by anal fistula by Zhitong Ling was explored. Experiments on pan relieving,leukocyte migration, capillary permeability and bacterial inhibition have been carried out. The results proved that Zhitong Ling was obviously effctive in pain relieving,anti-inflammation, lowering capillary permeability and inhibiting E. coli and staphylococcus aureus. The above effects together made the sweling and pain of hemorrhoid complicated by anal disappeared quickly. |
