心理支持疗法对不同焦虑水平手术应激反应的影响

目的　探讨围手术期心理支持疗法对不同焦虑水平手术应激反应的影响。方法　 4 2例腹部手术病人 ,依焦虑程度分为高、中、低焦虑 3组 ,每组再分为心理支持疗法 (PPST)治疗组和对照组。术终统计分析每组的血流动力学改变和应激反应激素改变情况。结果　高、低焦虑组中对照组的血流动力学指标和应激激素改变明显大于 PPST组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,中焦虑组改变无显著性。结论　 PPST可通过调整心理紧张度和焦虑水平提高病人的手术适应性 ,减轻过度的手术应激反应

Effect of perioperative psychological supportive therapy on surgical stress response

Objective To explore the impact of perioperative psychological supportive therapy on surgical stress response.Methods A total of 42 abdominal surgical patients were divided into three groups:high anxiety group,moderate anxiety group and low anxiety group.Each of the three groups was divided into perioperative psychological supportive therapy (PPST) group and control group.At the end of operation a comparison of hemodynamic change and stress response hormonic level was made among the groups.Results Hemodynamic and stress response hormonic changes of each control group in both high and low anxiety groups were significantly greater than those of PPST group (P<0.05),but no difference in the changes existed between the PPST group and control group in moderate anxiety group.Conclusion PPST can reduce excessive surgical stress response by adjusting the patients′ anxiety degree and improving their adaptability to the operation.
