摘    要:目的 探讨MSCT增强延迟扫描定量评估肝细胞外间隙(fECS)的可行性。方法 选取经病理证实的肝纤维化患者20例(肝纤维化组)和因接受尿路造影检查、既往无肝疾病史的成年人20名(正常组)。对所有受检者注射对比剂10 min后行延迟扫描,分别测量并比较两组fECS大小。结果 肝纤维化组、正常组fECS分别为为(34.83±5.81)%、(28.73±4.42)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.04,P<0.001)。结论 MSCT增强延迟扫描定量评估fECS可行,能够有效地区分肝纤维化和正常者。

Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of delayed scan contrast-enhanced of MSCT for quantification of hepatic fractional extracellular space (fECS). Methods The data of 20 patients with cirrhosis confirmed by pathology (liver fibrosis group) and 20 patients without cirrhosis who received urinary tract imaging (normal group) were retrospectively reviewed. All subjects underwent plain scan and 10-minute delayed phase contrast-enhanced CT. Hepatic fECS was defined and compared. Results The fECS of the normal group and liver fibrosis group were (28.73±4.42)% and (34.83±5.81)%, respectively. There was significantly differences between the two groups (t=5.04, P<0.001). Conclusion Delay scan contrast-enhanced MSCT is capable of estimating the fECS, which can effectively distinguish liver fibrosis and normal.
