| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨眼肌麻痹性偏头痛（OM）的临床特征和病因。方法：对26例OM患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：16例青年男性,2例儿童,7例青年女性,1例老年男性;20例患者存在脑供血异常,4例患者存在脑血管狭窄,1例患者动眼神经脱髓鞘改变,1例患者未查出原因。结论：儿童和青年多见,男性多于女性,多影响动眼神经,其次外展神经,滑车神经罕见,本病病因与多因素有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical features and etiology of ophthalmoplegia migraine(OM).Method Total 26 cases of OM were retrospectively analyzed.Results For 16 cases of young men,2 cases of children,7 cases of young women,1 cases of old man;Twenty cases with abnormal blood supply to the brain,four cases with cerebro-vascular stenosis,1 patient with oculomotor nerve demyelinating changes,1 patient did not find out the reasons.Conclusion OM is mostly found in children and young people,and men morethan women.OM affects oculomoter nerve more,then the outreach nerve,and rare on trochlear nerve.The etiology of OM is related to multifle factors. |
