北京市怀柔区农村社区高血压患者个体化健康教育效果评价

目的评价以社区为基础的高血压患者综合防治效果。方法于2007~2009年对北京市怀柔区某农村社区294例高血压患者开展个体化的健康教育及随访干预,评价其干预效果。结果参加社区高血压综合干预的高血压患者294例,其中男性110例,女性184例,平均年龄57.12±11.83岁。在高血压诊断标准、危险因素（除长期精神紧张和吸烟外）、高血压不能根治、服降压药感觉良好后仍需坚持用药等知识知晓率方面干预前后差别均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。对控制体重、限制食盐、增加运动、限制饮酒、戒烟和保持心理平衡等非药物治疗的使用率均上升,除戒烟外,其余干预前后差别有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。干预后高血压患者总复查率、总药物治疗率和总控制率较干预前分别提高了12.58%,3.74%和8.50%,其中干预前后总复查率和总控制率差别有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论个体化健康教育和随访干预,对提高高血压患者知识知晓率、非药物治疗依从性及血压控制率等方面具有重要意义。
