慢性前列腺炎患者心理障碍分析及治疗

目的探讨慢性前列腺炎患者心理障碍的原因、治疗方法和途径。方法通过应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查泌尿外科门诊120例慢性前列腺炎患者的心理特征,分析与慢性前列腺炎相关的心理障碍特点,分析其与职业、学历、性格等的相关性,采用相应的心理疏导治疗并观察疗效。结果慢性前列腺炎患者的心理障碍主要有焦虑、抑郁、偏执等,心理障碍症状程度与患者职业层次、文化程度呈正相关,与外向性格程度呈负相关。经过给予专业知识解释、疏导、转移、鼓励等方法,86例(71.1%)患者取得了显著的疗效。结论慢性前列腺炎患者易于出现焦虑抑郁、疑病偏执等心理障碍,给予相应的心理疏导、解释鼓励等方法可显著改善症状。

Analysis and Treatment of Mental D isorders from Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To explore the etiopathogenisis and the methods of treatment of the mental disorders from chronic prostatitis.Methods 120 patients were investigated to answer symptom checklist(SCL-90) and analyze the feature of their mental disorders,analyze the correlation of their mental disorder degree with their occu pation and character.Results The mental disorders from chronic prostatitis were mainly anxiety,depression and hypochondriasis.It was positive correlation between their mental disorder degree and high educational background and good ocupation.It was negative correlation between their mental disorder degree and exotrophy character degree.They got treatment,such as explanation,dredge and encourage,86 cases ((71.7%)) got good therapeutic effect after psychological treatment.Conclusions The patients with chronic prostatitis accompany with anxiety,depression and hypochondriasis frequently,they can got therapeutic effect after psychological treatment.
