B型超声检查腹膜后肿块的价值及误诊分析

为探讨B超诊断腹膜后肿块的临床价值,分析误诊原因以提高诊断水平,以腹块为中心进行多体位多切面的扫查,尽可能清楚显示肿块与周邻之关系,结果:超声定位诊断符合率86.36％(38/44),假阴性6例,其中4例将腹膜后脏器肿瘤误诊为腹膜后肿瘤,其原因主要为晚期巨大腹膜后肿瘤与腹膜后脏器粘连,给B超诊断其来源带来较大困难。2例将肠系膜肿块误诊为腹膜后肿瘤。结论:B超对腹膜后肿块除可定位诊断外,尚能为制定治疗方案、判断手术难度提供可靠信息。

B-mode Ultrasound in Eualuation of Retroperitoneal Masses and Misdiagnosis Anlaysis

The aim is To investigate the clinical value of B scan in diagnosis of retropertioneal masses and discuss the misdiagnostic reason to improve the diagnosis level. Poly-posture and Poly-section scanning was made to reveal the relationship of the masses and the surrounding tissues. The positive predictive value was 86. 36%(38/44). Out of 6 false positive cases, 4 cases of retroperitoneal organic rumors, were misdagnosed as retroperitoneal tumors. as result of adhesion of huge masses to retroperitoneal organs. The other 2 cases with mesentery masses were misdiagnosed as retroperitoneal massses. B scan not only diagnose location of retoperitoneal masses, but also provide reliable information for therapy or surgery.
