摘    要:分别以左旋甲状腺素和他巴唑在Wistar大鼠制备甲状腺功能亢进 (甲亢 )和甲状腺功能减退 (甲减 )的动物模型。轻度和重度甲亢大鼠血糖、胰岛素和肝细胞膜葡萄糖转运子 2 (GLUT2 )水平均较对照大鼠明显升高 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。甲减大鼠肝细胞膜GLUT2水平下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结果提示 ,甲状腺功能状态明显影响实验动物的糖代谢。

Abstract:Models of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism were prepared in Wistar rats by levothyroxine and tapazole respectively. The levels of blood glucose, insulin and glucose transporter 2 (GLUT2) of hepatocytic membrane were higher in mild and severe hyperthyroid rats than those in control rats (P<0.05 or P<0.01). As compared with control rats, GLUT2 level of hepatocytic membrane was decreased (P<0.05) in hypothyroid rats. The results suggest that thyroid function significantly influenced glucose metabolism in experimental rats.
