急性胰腺炎发病学及其并发症研究

为了充分理解急性胰腺炎(AP)发病机制,其从中获得人类AP病理生理学诸方面的一些线索,建立新的特异性治疗方案。综述了近年来国内外关于AP发病学及其并发症实验研究和临床研究。许多AP发病因素已经得到实验证实,其中氧化应激以及炎性细胞因子等似乎肯定参与其发病。经典的抗氧化剂并不能在人类AP显示明显的效益,其抗氧化的作用机制也须进一步研究。

Study of Acute Pancreatitis about its Pathogenesis and Complication

In order to comprehend the pathogeny of acute pancreatitis, get some clues about its pathophysiology and establish a new specific treatment plan for it, we review many experimental and clinical study of AP about its pathogenesis and complication. Many etiological factors has been verified, in which the roles of oxidative stress and infiammatory cytokine are confirmed. Classical antioxidant can not show its obvious effect on AP,whose antioxidative mechanism needs further studying.
