脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸和C反应蛋白与颈动脉硬化的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及颈动脉粥样硬化在脑梗死中的相互关系.方法 对65例脑梗死患者及30例健康对照者进行Hcy、hs-CRP测定,应用彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉硬化程度,并测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),将脑梗死组患者分为斑块组和无斑块组进行对比.结果 脑梗死组患者血浆Hcy、hs-CRP及IMT均较对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不稳定斑块组Hcy、hs-CRP、IMT高于稳定斑块组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).直线相关分析显示Hcy与hs-CRP、IMT呈正相关(P<0.01).结论 血浆Hcy、hs-CRP与颈动脉硬化及斑块形成有关,均为脑梗死的危险因素.

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and carotid stenosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 65 patients with cerebral infarction(the cerebral infarction group) and 30 healthy people( the control group) were selected for the study. Their Hey and hs CRP were measured. The degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis was assessed by color Doppler ultra- sound,and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) were examined as well.In additon, the cerebral infarction group were divided into the plaque group and tile non plaque group and their differences were compared. Results The level of Hey,hs-CRP and IMT in plasma of the cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.01).The levels of blood Hcy, hs-CRP and IMT in the un- stable plaque group were higher than those of the stable plaque group and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈0.01).The linear correlation analysis showed that levels of Hcy and levels of hs-CRP and IMT were positively correlated with each other ( P 〈0.01).Conclusion Plasma Hcy and hs-CRP are related to the formation of atheromatous plaque and atherosclerosis in carotid artery. Both of them are the risk factors of cerebral infarction.
