人工肱骨头置换治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折

目的 探讨人工肱骨头置换术治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床效果.方法采用人工肱骨头置换术治疗15例老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者.结果 14例获得随访,时间6～18个月.术后6个月肩关节功能按Neer评分系统进行评价：优2例,良9例,可3例,优良率11/14.结论 对于老年粉碎性肱骨近端骨折尤其伴有肱骨头脱位患者采用人工肱骨头置换疗效满意.

Humeral head replacement for the treatment of proximal humerus fracture of elderly patients

Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of humeral head replacement for the treatment of proximal humerus comminuted fracture of elderly patients. Methods 15 elderly patients of proximal humerus comminuted fractures were treated by humeral head replacement, Results 14 cases were followed up for 6 - 18 months. Shoulder joint evaluated by Neer scoring system obtained better results on 6 months after operation, among them, 2 cases were excellent, 9 good, and 3 fair,and the excellent and good rate was 11/14. Conclusions The effect of humeral head replacement for severely eomminuted proximal humerus fractures, especially in elderly patients associated with osteo-porosis is satistactory.
