| 摘 要： | 目的 ：探讨中西医结合治疗毒蛇咬伤的临床疗效。方法 ：2003年1月-2013年6月松江区车墩镇社区卫生服务中心收治的蛇咬伤572例,采用抗蛇毒血清,季德胜蛇药片或＂1号蛇伤散＂内服治疗,分析中西医结合治疗的疗效。结果 ：治愈546例,好转17例,转院9例,治愈率为95.5%。结论 ：中西医结合治疗毒蛇咬伤疗效好,时间短,可在农村社区进行推广。
