| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨神经内科尿失禁患者更换尿袋时间与产生尿路感染的相关程度,以指导临床神经内科医生的工作。方法：回顾性分析2007年9月～2008年9月神经内科出现尿失禁患者的临床资料。结果：两组患者尿白细胞检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：神经内科尿失禁患者不需每日更换尿袋,减少了细菌逆行感染和患者的费用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the relationship of urinary bag replacement time and urinary tract infections in the neurological patients with urinary incontinence,and to guide the work of the clinical neurological physician.Methods：The data of neurological patients in September 2007 to September 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Urine leukocyte examination results of the two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The neurological patients with uri-nary incontinence do not need to replace urine bags every day,and reduce bacterial infections and hospitalized costs. |
