血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症脑病的临床价值探讨

目的 探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症脑病的临床价值.方法 选择患者80例,分为两组,每组各40例.对照组实施血液透析,观察组在对照组基础上联合血液灌流,比较两组治疗后的尿素氮、肌酐、钠离子及钾离子水平,统计整体临床疗效.结果 观察组治疗后的尿素氮、肌酐水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）,钠离子和钾离子水平基本恢复正常,且低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组的无效率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症脑病能较好地维持其电解质平衡,保护患者的肾功能,提高整体临床效果.

Investigation of clinical value of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion treating uremic encephalopathy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion treating uremic encephalopathy, Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups,there were 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,the observation group was treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of the control group. Urea nitrogen,creatinine and sodium and potassium ion level after treatment in the two groups were compared,the overall curative effect was counted. Results Urea nitrogen,creatinine level in the observation group after treatment were obviously lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）,sodium and potassium ion level were returned to normal,and sodium and potassium ion level in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; the inefficient rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion for uremic encephalopathy can better maintain its electrolyte balance and protect renal function of patients,and it can improve the overall clinical effect.
