超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果分析

目的 分析超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果.方法 将本院收治的68例（70只眼）闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者随机分为观察组34例（35只眼）,对照组34例（35只眼）.观察组行超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗,对照组行青光眼白内障联合手术治疗.结果 治疗后,两组的视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,观察组的眼压低于对照组（P＜0.05）,中央前房深度及房角宽度均大于对照组（P均＜0.05）.观察组的术后并发症总发生率为14.28％,对照组为25.71％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果优于青光眼白内障联合手术,且并发症少,可作为闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术治疗的首选方案.

Clinical effect analysis of ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction combined with goniosynechialysis treating angle-closure glaucoma and cataract

Objective To analyze clinical effect of ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction combined with goniosynechialysis treating angle-closure glaucoma and cataract. Methods 68 patients （70 eyes） with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group （n=34,35 eyes） and control group （n=34,35 eyes）.The observation group was treated by ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction combined with goniosynechialysis,the control group was treated by joint operation of glaucoma and cataract. Results After treatment, there was no statistical difference of vision level in the two groups （P〉0.05）,the intraoeular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）,the central anterior chamber depth and width of chamber angle in the observation group was larger than those in the control group,the central anterior chamber depth and width of chamber angle in the observation group was higher than those in the control group （all P〈0.05）.The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 14.28%,and it was 25.71% I nthe control group,and there was a statistical difference in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction combined with goniosynechjalysis treating angle-closure glaucoma and cataract is better than joint operation of glaucoma and cataract with fewer complications.Ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction combined with goniosynechialysis can be used as the preferred solution of operation of angle-closure glaucoma and cataract.
