音乐治疗对精神分裂症患者的效果观察

目的 探讨音乐治疗精神分裂症的效果.方法 将90例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各45例,对照组单用抗精神病药物治疗,干预组给予抗精神病药物联合音乐治疗.观察6个月.记录两组治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分的变化.结果 干预组治疗后PANSS总分、SDS标准分、SAS标准分和PANSS中社会退缩、情感交流障碍、敌对性、注意障碍、意志障碍和情感不稳等因子的评分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;对照组治疗前后的PANSS总分、SDS标准分和SAS标准分,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 音乐治疗能改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状和情绪.

Effect observation of music therapy in patients with schizophrenia

Objective To evaluate the effect of music therapy in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 90 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 45 cases for each group.The control group were given with antipsyehiatric medication alone,while the intervention group were received antipsychiatric medication and music therapy.The positive and negative symptoms scale （PANSS）,self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） were used to assess the illness severity before and after 6-month treatment. Results PANSS total score,SDS standard score,SAS standard score and social withdrawal,emotional communication disorders, hostility,attention disorders,will disorders and emotional instability in PANSS in intervention group after treatment were decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;PANSS total score,SDS standard score and SAS standard score of the control group before and after treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Music therapy can improve negative symptoms and mood of patients with schizophrenia.
