摘    要:目的 探讨甘露醇对急性脑梗死患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶及预后的影响.方法 选择患者80例,分为两组,每组各40例,对照组实施对症支持处理,观察组在对照组的基础上使用甘露醇治疗,比较两组患者治疗后不同时间点神经元特异性烯醇化酶的变化情况及治疗前后格拉斯哥评分.结果 观察组治疗后1d开始,神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后1d和1周,神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1周的格拉斯哥评分评分高于治疗前,高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05).结论 脑梗死患者使用甘露醇脱水能显著降低其经元特异性烯醇化酶水平,改善患者预后,值得临床推广.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the neuron-specific enolase and prognosis effects of mannitol for acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods 80 cases were selected and divided into two groups,each group had 40 cases,the control group were implemented symptomatic and supportive treatment,the observation group were used manicol on the basis of the control group,then treatment-specific enolase changes scores and Glasgow before and after treatment were compared. Results The observation group with neuron-specific enolase levels were lower than before from one day (P〈 0.05),one week after treatment,neuron-specific enolase levels were lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05),one week after treatment with Glasgow score was higher than before and control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction to use mannitol can significantly reduce the level of neuron-specific enolase and improve patient outcomes,so it is worthy of promotion.
