PDCA循环法在患者知情同意书管理中的效果评价

目的 评价PDCA循环法在患者知情同意书管理中的效果.方法 成立质量持续改进（CQI）团队,应用PDCA四步循环法对本院患者知情同意书进行持续质量监管,抽样调查2008～2009年、2010～2011年病历中患者知情同意书合格率分别作为持续质量改进前后的对照组及实验组,评价管理效果.结果 对照组患者知情同意书总体合格率为82.3％,其中知情同意书缺如率为5.9％,实验组总体合格率为97.0％,较对照组明显提高（P＜0.05）,知情同意书缺如情况基本杜绝（0.3％）.结论 应用PDCA四步循环法进行持续质量管理控制,能有效提高患者知情同意书的合格率,提高病历质量,减少由此引发的医疗隐患.

Effect evaluation of PDCA circulation method in the management of patients' informed consent forms

Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA circulation method in the management of patients＇ informed consent forms. Methods The continuous quality improvement （CQI） team was established,the application of PDCA method of four-step cycle in our hospital patients informed consent forms for continuous quality regulation,the sampling survey in 2008 to 2009,2008 to 2011 medical records of patients＇ informed consent forms before qualified rate respectively as a continuous quality improvement of the control group and experimental group,the efficacy of the management was evaluated. Results The overall qualified rate of patients＇ informed consent froms in control group was 82.3%,the absent rate of informed consent was 5.9%,the overall qualified rate in experimental group was 97.0%,they were increased significantly than control group （P〈0.05）,the informed consent froms absent were basic to eliminate （0.3%）. Conclusion Application of PDCA method of four-step cycle continuous quality management control,can effectively improve the qualification rate of patients＇ informed consent forms,improve the quality of medical records,reducing the resulting health hazard.
