扭转法治疗脱入阴道内黏膜下子宫肌瘤的应用研究

目的 探讨扭转法治疗脱入阴道内黏膜下子宫肌瘤的临床价值.方法 选择2010年1月～2014年6月来本院治疗的,诊断为脱入阴道内黏膜下子宫肌瘤的患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施钳夹法,观察组实施扭转法,比较两组的手术相关情况,并统计相关并发症发生率.结果 观察组手术时间及总住院时间显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）,术中出血显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组术后出血和术后排尿困难的发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 扭转法治疗脱入阴道内黏膜下子宫肌瘤手术时间短,术中出血少,术后恢复快,值得临床推广.

The treatment of twisting for uterine fibroids under vaginal mucosa

Objective To investigate the effect of twisting for uterine fibroids under vaginal mucosa. Methods 80 cases of patients with uterine fibroids under vaginal mucosa treated in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 40 cases,the control group were implemented ring clamp,the observation group were reversed the method with twisting,then surgery related and complications were compared. Results The operative time and total length of hospital stay of observation group was shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）,blood loss was less than that of control group （P〈0.05）,postoperative bleeding and postoperative dysuria rate of observation group were lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Twisting for uterine fibroids under vaginal mucosa has short operation time,less blood loss and can recovery faster, so it is worthy of promotion.
