青年与中老年女性乳腺癌的病理特征分析

目的 分析青年女性与中老年女性乳腺癌病理特征的差异.方法 将病理组织学确诊的21例青年（≤35岁）女性乳腺癌患者设为青年组,中老年（＞35岁）85例女性乳腺癌患者设为中老年组,回顾性分析其病理资料.结果 青年组与中老年组患者的病理类型分布差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;组织学分级两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组间ER、PR表达存在差异.结论 青年组乳腺癌较中老年组乳腺癌恶性度高.

Analysis the pathological characteristics of young and middle-aged and old women with breast cancer

Objective To analyze the differences of pathological characteristics of young and middle-aged and old women with breast cancer. Methods The 21 cases young female with breast cancer （under 35 years old） diagnosed by histopathology were regarded as the young group,the 85 cases middle-aged and elderly female with breast cancer （beyond 35 years old） were regarded as the aged group,the pathologic data were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in distribution of pathological type between the young group and the aged group （P〉 0.05）,the histological grading between the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in ER and PR expression between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The breast cancer in the young group has a higher-grade malignancy than that in the aged group.
