肿瘤患者总体幸福感影响因素研究

目的了解肿瘤患者总体幸福感的主要影响因素。方法采用美国国立卫生统计中心制订、段建华修订的总体幸福感量表（GWB）及SCL-90对240名31-79岁的肿瘤患者进行测量。结果（1）男性总体幸福感得分高于女性。（2）各年龄组之间的总体幸福感得分无统计差异。（3）文化程度对总体幸福感得分无明显影响。（4）SCL-90得分与总体幸福感得分呈明显负相关。（5）回归分析显示，女性、自费、高焦虑、高抑郁与总体幸福感得分呈明显负相关。结论性别、付费方式、焦虑及抑郁程度是影响肿瘤患者总体幸福感的主要因素。

Influencing Factors of Cancer Patients'''' Psychological Well-being

Objective To investigate the important influencing factors of general well-being of cancer patients under Chinese culture background.Method 240 cancer patients aged 30-79completed SCL-90 and GWB.Results (1) The male's results of GWB had significant difference to that of female.(2) But there were not significant difference between different age groups.(3) There were not significant difference between different educational level groups.(4) Spearman correlation analysis showed that there were a negative correlation between total of SCL-90 and the score of GWB.(5) The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the patient of female,pay by self,high level of anxiety and depression were negatively associated with the score of GWB.Conclusion Gender,the way of pay,anxiety and depression can affect the general well-being.
