| 摘 要： | 本实验在整体大鼠和离体大鼠回肠血管灌流模型上,观察外源性给予内皮素和内皮素抗血清对肠道内毒素转运的影响。结果表明,内皮素能促进健康大鼠肠道内毒素的转运,内皮素抗血清能拮抗循环中的内毒素促进肠道内毒素转运的作用。提示,内皮素可能是循环内毒素促进肠道内毒素转运的中间介质之一,参与肠源性内毒素血症的发病过程。

| Abstract: | We have found that the circulating endotoxins promote the transport of gut-derived endotoxins inour previous studies,but the mechanisms are unknown yet.In the present study, we observed the eff-ects of administration of endothelin and its antisera on the transport of gut-derived endotoxins in thein vivo rat and the isolated,vascularly perfused rat ileal preparation.It was found that endothelinpromoted the transport of gut-derived endotoxins in healthy rats,and endothelin antisera inhibited thetransport of gut-derived endotoxins promoted by the circulating endotoxins.These data suggest thatendothelin is one of the possible mediators in the process of the transport of gut-derived endotoxinspromoted by the circulating endotoxins and participates in the pathogenesis of intersinal endotoxemia. |
