盐酸多西环素控释微丸治疗非淋菌性尿道炎和宫颈炎的疗效观察

目的评价盐酸多西环素控释微丸治疗非淋菌性尿道炎和宫颈炎的临床疗效和不良反应.方法对可供疗效评价的60例病例,采用随机、对照、平行分组试验,与二甲胺西环素进行疗效和不良反应比较.其中试验组30例,对照组30例.结果总治愈率为70.0%(对照组66.67%),总有效率为83.33%(对照组76.67%),病原体清除率为80.0%(对照组77.50%).盐酸多西环素控释微丸与对照药物二甲胺西环素相比较,总治愈率、总有效率及病原体清除率差别无显著性(P＞0.05).无不良反应发生.结论盐酸多西环素控释微丸治疗非淋菌性尿道炎和宫颈炎疗效确切.

Effectiveness observation on doxycycline hydrochloride modified-release capsules treatment of nongonococcal urethritis and cervicitis infected with chlamydia trachomatis or mycoplasma

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of two regimens in the treatment of nongonococcal urethritis infected with chlamvdia or mycoplsma. Method: A randomized, controlled and parallel divided clinical trial. Group A was treated with doxycycline hydrochloride modified-release capsule 100mg, bid for 7days; group B was treated with Minocin 100mg, bid for 7 days. 30 patients were involved in each group. Result: For both Group A and Group B, the efficacy rate was 83. 33% and 76. 67% respectively, no significant difference being found in two groups (P> 0. 05); the occurring rate of adverse effects was zero. Conclusion: Doxycycline hydrochloride modified-release capsule can be used in treatment of nongonococcal urethritis and cervieitis infected with chlamvdia or mycoplsma effectively.
