| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨通便脐贴对儿童慢传输型便秘结肠动力影响及疗效。方法 将 68例确诊儿童慢传输型便秘患儿随机分为两组, 治疗组38例采用自制通便脐贴贴脐, 对照组30例口服麻仁滋脾丸, 观察治疗前后两组临床症状的变化、结肠传输试验情况。结果 结肠传输试验钡剂排出率（%）, 治疗组治疗前 48、72 h分别为10.1±3.2、46.2±3.9，治疗后48、72 h分别为59.9±4.1、73.6±3.6（P<0.05）。总有效率治疗组为89.47%, 对照组为73.33%, 两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 通便脐贴可促进结肠动力,治疗儿童慢传输型便秘方便、安全、有效。
