| 摘 要： | 目的：观察奥曲肽联合多巴胺治疗肝肾综合征的临床疗效。方法：将38例肝肾综合征患者随机分为两组。治疗组20例应用奥曲肽联合多巴胺治疗,同时给予白蛋白和速尿等内科综合对症支持治疗;对照组18例常规给予白蛋白和速尿等对症支持治疗。两组治疗前后比较临床治愈好转率,并观察Cr、BUN、Na＋、K＋定量检测指标的变化。结果：治疗组治疗后总有效率为65.0%（13/20）,对照组治疗后总有效率为22.2%（4/18）,两组治疗有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。同时治疗组肾功能明显好转,电解质紊乱纠正,检测Cr、BUN、Na＋两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：奥曲肽联合多巴胺治疗肝肾综合征有较好疗效。
