| 摘 要： | 测定50例不稳定型心绞痛（UA），50例ST段抬高急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者及50例正常人（NC）的血小板胞膜、胞浆蛋白激酶C（PKC）活性。结果显示：UA和AMI组血小板胞膜中的PKC显著高于NC组（P〈0．01），而UA组高于AMI组（P〈O．05）UA和AMI组血小板胞浆中PKC活性显著低于NC组（P〈0．01），而UA组低于AMI组（P〈0．05）。提示PKC可能与急性冠脉综合症（ACS）的发生和发展有关。

| Abstract: | the activity of protein kinase C(PKC) in membrane and cytosol of platelets in 50 unstable angina pectoris(UA) patients,50 ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients and 50 normal control(NC) were studied.Results:The PKC in membrane of platelets in UA patients and AMI patients was higher than in NC(P<0.01),and the PKC in membrane of platelets in UA patients was higher than in AMI patients(P<0.05).The activity of PKC in cytosol of platelets in UA patients and AMI patients was lower than in NC(P<0.01)and the activity of PKC in cytosol of platelets in UA patients was lower than in AMI patients.The results suggest that PKC is likely associated with the cause and process of aute coronary syndomes. |
