| 摘 要： | 目的:报告56例中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察.方法:男38例,女18例,平均年龄43.5岁,病程12a,最短5mo,平均6.3a.用云南白药1g,思密达6g加入0.9%盐水保留灌肠.结果:临床总有效率达96.4%.结论:云南白药与思密达联合应用治疗溃疡性结肠炎是一种疗效确切、经济、有效的治疗方案.

| Abstract: | Objective:To report the therapeutic effect of combined western and traditional Chinese medicine on ulcerous colonitis.Methods:56 cases with ulcerous colonitis were administered the preserving clyster with 1 gram of Yunnan Baiyao(Chinese traditional medicine) and 6 gram of 0 9%saline solution of smecta(western medicine).Results:Of 56 cases,there are 18 males and 38 females with 43 5 year-old of the average age.The longest history of ulcerous colonitis reaches 12 years while the shortest one is 5 months with 6 3 year of average disease history.The overall clinical effective rate has reached 96 4%after the treatment.Conclusions:The therapeutic combination of Yunnan Baiyao and smecta is potentially effective and economic way to treat ulcerous colonitis. |
