低分子肝素在不稳定型心绞痛抗凝治疗中的应用研究

目的研究低分子肝素用于不稳定型心绞痛抗凝治疗的临床价值及安全性。方法将80例UAP患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别实行和不实行低分子肝素抗凝治疗，其他临床治疗相同，并进行对照研究。结果两组比较，观察组心绞痛发作明显好转（P〈0．05），心电图ST-T显著改善（P〈0．05），血液流变学指标明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论低分子肝素应用于UAP患者的抗凝治疗，对于控制和改善UAP的临床表现有重要作用。

Application Study of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in Anticoagulant Treatment for Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of low molecular weight heparin in patients with unstable angina pectoris in anticoagulant treatment. Methods Eighty patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and treated with and without anticoagulant treatment of low molecular weight beparin. Other clinical treatments were all the same Clinical comparative effects were carried out. Results Compared with the control group,break out in angina pectoris of the observe group was significantly improved（P〈 0.05）. ST segment and T wave of electrocardiogram（ECG） were remarkably better（P〈 0.05）, targets of blood later developments made marked reduction（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Anticoagulant treatment of low molecular weight beparin plays an important role in controlling and improving clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris.
