中等职业学校药剂专业教师教学能力的调查分析

摘    要:调查分析我国中等职业学校药剂专业教师教学能力现状,为开发中等职业学校药剂专业师资培训包奠定基础。该课题组采用问卷调查的方法,在全国范围内选取有代表性的中职医药卫生学校的药剂教师为调查对象,从个人基本情况、教师教学能力、教学工作中存在的问题、加强中等职业教师教学能力的建议等四部分调查分析中职药刺专业教师教学能力现状,并在问卷调查的同时召开研讨会听取专家意见。共计发放问卷461份,回收有效问卷385份,有效回收率83.51%,问卷结果采用SPSS13.0软件统计分析。目前我国中职药剂教师在教学设计、实践技能教学方面仍有待加强;教育学、心理学知识普遍欠缺;教师的计算机水平有待提高。

Abstract:Investigation and analysis were carried out on the current situation of teaching ability of pharmaceutics teachers at secondary vocational schools, to establish the foundation for the development of teacher training packet for teachers qualifying for pharmaceutics at secondary vocational schools. Pharmaceutics teachers were picked as objects for our investigation from typical secondary vocational schools throughout the country and questionnaires were designed to investigate the current situation of the teaching ability of pharmaceutics teachers at secondary vocational schools, from such four concerns as personal profiles, teaching ability, problems prevailing in teaching, and proposals for improving teaching ability of pharmaceutics teachers at secondary vocational schools. Some seminars were convoked at the same time, during which corresponding suggestion were given from the experts. 461 questionnaires were distributed in total,of which 385 valid questionnaires were recovered with the effective recovery of 83.51%. SPSS13.0 was used for statistical analysis. For pharmaeeutics teachers at secondary vocational schools, currently, much remains to be strengthened in their teaching design ability and practice skills, with a common lack of knowledge in pedagogy and psychology, and meanwhile their computer level needs some improvement.
