乌兰察布市养殖牛羊人群布鲁氏菌病宣传干预效果评价

目的比较布病综合防治项目健康教育和行为干预前后的布病防治知识知晓率,评估健康教育干预效果。方法以布病综合防治项目健康教育开展前的布病防治知识知晓率为基线作对照,干预期每年对乌兰察布市养殖牛羊人群和畜产品加工人员开展入户宣传,发放宣传册、乳胶手套、消毒液。宣传出圈剪羊毛戴口罩,接羔戴手套等核心信息。利用广播电视、手机短信、报刊、墙体标语大众传媒宣传,每年在布病流行病学调查时进行一次布病防治知识问卷调查,对连续3年的布病防治健康教育与行为干预进行效果评价。结果 2010年布病综合防治项目健康教育开展前,乌兰察布市布病防治知识知晓率45.49%。2011年布病综合防治项目健康教育开展后,2011年、2012年、2013年布病防治知识知晓率分别为80.12%;91.22%;92.45%。结论基线期与干预期比较,干预期布病基本知识、布病危险因素、布病防治知识知晓率和总知晓率明显高于基线期。健康教育和行为干预可以显著地提高布病高危职业人群布病防治知识知晓率和行为习惯正确率,值得在布病防治中推广。

Results The project of comprehensive prevention and control of brucellosis in 2010 45.49% before health education, awareness rate of knowledge of brucellosis prevention in Wulanchabu city. The project of comprehensive prevention and control of brucellosis in 2011 after the health education, 2011. 2012, 2013 brucellosis prevention knowledge awareness rate of 80.12%; 91.22%; 92.45%. Conclusion Baseline and intervention, intervention of brucellosis brucellosis basic knowledge, risk factors, knowledge of brucellosis prevention awareness and the awareness rate was significantly higher than the baseline. Health education and behavior intervention can significantly improve the occupation of high risk population of brucellosis brucellosis prevention knowledge awareness and behavior correct rate, worthy of promotion in brucellosis prevention.
