瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效

摘    要:目的 探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及细胞因子的影响.方法 将86例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗组.对照组行常规抗心衰治疗;治疗组在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀及曲美他嗪.观察两组临床心功能和多普勒超声心动图、脑钠肽(BNP)等的变化情况.结果 治疗组较对照组心功能评级、超声心动图、BNP等均有显著改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 慢性心力衰竭患者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀及曲美他嗪,可进一步改善心功能,提高临床疗效.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Rosuvastatin combined with Trimetazidine on cardiac function and inflammatory cytokines in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods Eighty-six patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups:the control group treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group treated with Rosuvastatin and Trimetazidine based on conventional therapy.The clinical effect was observed and the echocardiogram indexes of LVEDD and LVEF were measured and the 6-min walk test and BNP was measured was carried out before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group.The indexes of LVEDD,LVEF and BNP and 6-min walk test changed significantly in the treatment group,and the differences were of statistically when compared with those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with Trimetazidine can significantly and definitely improve systolic function.
