阵发性房颤射频消融治疗对左房的影响

目的评价阵发性房颤首次射频消融治疗对左房大小的影响。方法50例药物治疗无效的症状性阵法性房颤患者，在EnsiteVelocity三维标测系统指导下行环肺静脉前庭线性消融，消融终点为肺静脉电隔离。结果术中肺静脉隔离率100％。术后32例成功维持窦律（维持窦律组），18例复发（复发组）。维持窦律组左房从38．3mm降至34．2mm，与射频消融前比较差异有统计学意义；复发组左房从38．6min升至39．1mm，但与射频消融前比较差异无统计学意义。结论阵发性房颤射频消融治疗能明确逆转左房重构。

Influence to the size of left atrial after the first paroxysmal atrial fibrillation RFCA

Objective To study the influence to LA size after the first atrial fibrillation RFCA. Methods A total of 50 patients with PAF were treated with RFCA. The end point of RFCA was electrical isola- tion pulmonary vein potentials. Results All pulmonary vein was isolated. At follow-up, arrhythmias were eliminat- ed in 32 of 50（64%） patients after a first RFCA. The left atrial size were significantly smaller in those without re- currence. Conclusion RFCA can reverse LA remodle of patients with PAF.
