烧伤后瘢痕整形手术的围手术期护理探讨

目的:探讨烧伤后瘢痕整形手术围手术期间的护理方法。方法:选择我院收治的烧伤后行瘢痕整形手术的患者362例,在围手术期间施行相关护理,观察临床护理效果。结果:本组362例患者术后均康复出院,平均住院时间为13.2d。发生并发症12例,占3.3%,分别为肺部感染8例,供皮区感染2例,压疮2例。护理效果较为理想。结论:烧伤后瘢痕整形手术期间的护理工作至关重要,护理工作的实施情况直接影响到患者瘢痕修复及功能康复。

Perioperative nursing of hypertroic scar after lurn.

Objective：To explore the burn scar plastic surgery during perioperative nursing. Methods： In our hospital admitted to the burn scar plastic surgery patients underwent 362 cases,the implementation of the relevant period in the perioperative care,observe the effect of clinical care. Results： 362 cases of patients were discharged,the average hospitalization time was 13.2 days,a total of 12 cases of complications,accounting for 3.3%,respectively,8 lung infection,donor site infection in 2 cases,2 cases of pressure ulcers. Nursing of the more desirable.Conclusion： Burn scar plastic surgery care during the critical care directly affects the implementation of repair and functional recovery in patients with scar.
