锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的临床研究

目的：探讨锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的效果。方法：回顾性分析我院从2007年6月至2009年6月收治的股骨远端骨折病例21例,用锁定加压接骨板内固定技术进行治疗。结果：21例患者随访时间6-24个月。全部临床愈合,愈合时间11-23周。按膝关节功能评分评定疗效,本组优12例,良8例,可1例,优良率95.24%。无感染、钢板、螺钉断裂和脱出。结论：锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗股骨远端复杂性骨折具有稳定性好,血运破坏少,恢复快等优点,是一种疗效较好固定方法。

Clinical discussion of locking compression plate fixation of distal femoral fractures
