上海市长宁区公共场所内人员控烟立法相关认知调查分析

目的了解市民在《上海市公共场所控制吸烟条例》（以下简称《控烟条件》）实施以来，对该立法的相关认知和反响，以便对各类场所《控烟条例》执行效果进行评价。方法分别于立法实施之初和实施半年后，对全区16类107个监测点内随机选择工作人员和来访人员进行问卷调查。结果各类场所中各项控烟措施实施比例都明显上升，烟草危害知识知晓率从46．6％上升到68．5％；来访人员对法定控烟场所的总体满意度从76．1％上升到91．6％。结论《控烟条例》的实施确实起到一定成效，但仍需要深入宣传．不断加强监管执法力度。

Investigation on the Related Knowledge Cognition About Regulations for Controlling Smoking in Public Places Located in Changning District, Shanghai

OBJECTIVE The aim of the study was to understand the related knowledge cognition about regulations for controlling smoking in public places and to evaluate the effectiveness about the practice of the regulations. METHODS People randomly selected from 107 points of 16 kinds of public places in Changing District, Shanghai conducted the survey, before and after the practice of the regulations. RESULTS The practice of the measures on controlling smoking has grown. The rate of the cognition on knowledge of tobacco hazards has been from 46.6% to 68.5%, and the satisfaction from 76.1% to 91.6%. CONCLUSION The practice of ＂Regulations for Controlling Smoking in Public Places in Shanghai＂ does play an effective role. However, the study indicates we need to deeply promote the knowledge and information of controlling smoking. Emphasis is also placed on continually find some way to strengthen law enforcement.
