| 摘 要： | 根据中医药综合性大学人才培养的特点,构建中医药综合性大学创新型人才培养模式及评价指标体系。该模式在全面质量控制的指导下包含输入、转型和输出模块,输出模块评价体系以创新为导向,从学习能力、研究能力、创新表现、荣誉奖励等四方面对学生进行定量的综合评价。
