摘    要:科研能力的提高是促进医学发展的重要基础之一。因此,培养综合素质和全面发展的创新型医学人才显得极其必要,其中高效的科研教学模式是科研能力提高的重要因素。B-learning已被国外教学专家提出,并发挥出了重要作用。支章通过介绍B-learning教学模式在医学教育领域中的发展过程,并指出在我国的医学科研教育中具有开展B-lekrning教学的必要性,以及探讨了在中国医学科研教育中开展B-learning的对策。

Abstract:Research capability is an important foundation for development of medicine. Therefore, the overall quality of training and overall development of innovative medical personnel becomes very essential, which is an important factor of improving highly students' research capacity. B-learning model has been used by experts abroad, and played an important role in their teaching. This paper describes the B-learning teaching model in the field of medical education in the development process, and points out that it is necessary to explore and carry out this teaching mode in medical research and education in our country.
