摘    要:高校教学督导体系,是依照教育部的有关规定,为了加强学校本科教学质量而建立的校内教学质量评估和监测体系,对本科教学质量的保障和监控起重要作用。文章就我校医科教学督导队伍构建、督导运行模式的探索与形成以及根据我校医科本科教学与管理工作的需要,丰富和拓展医科督导工作内涵,逐步形成我校特色的督导模式,发挥督导专家对本科教学质量的促进与提升作用进行探讨。

Establishment of effective teaching inspection model and its specific contents to improve quality of medical teaching with help of inspector

Abstract:Teaching inspection system of higher education is established by colleges and universities of China according to the policy of Ministry of People's Republic of China for the purpose to enhance the inter-administration of colleges and universities so as to improve the teaching quality. This paper deals with how to establish a good team of inspection, and develop a good specific mechanism and specific contents of inspection system in medical education of our university.
